Reference: Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card

The Portsmouth Police Department is investigating the fraudulent use of a stolen credit card that occurred at Wal-Mart, located at 2460 Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, and the Home Depot located in Seabrook, New Hampshire on Sunday, September 30, 2007. The suspect is described as:

White female
Blonde straight hair in a pony tail
Medium build
30-40 years old.
